La chambre est bien aménagée, la cuisine et la salle de bains sont bien équipées. Michel est un propriétaire sympa qui laisse beaucoup de liberté et qui est disponible pour une conversation agréable. C'était une très bonne expérience que je recommande.

Une location a petit prix pour le marché environnant. L appartement est un peu vétuste mais fonctionnel et bien situé dans un environnement calme avec toutes les commodités a proximité. Michel est un propriétaire sympathique qui laisse beaucoup d autonomie a ses locataires. On est plus proche du fonctionnement d une colocation que d une chambre chez l habitant et c est très appréciable. Je recommande.

C'est facile de vivre avec Michel. Il a beaucoup de tolérance, il est respectueux et il a aussi de la classe sans être condescendant. (J'apprends beaucoup avec lui) L'ambiance est conviviale chez lui et c'est très pratique, car on est à 2 rue de Paris 13 et il y a une station vélib à 10m.
